PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling cutter performing both the formation of a flat part in flat work and the chamfering of a ridge in the same process. SOLUTION: A body 1 has an approximately disc-shaped member vertical to a shaft member on one end of a shaft member as the central axis of the rotation of the milling cutter, flat cutters 2a, 2b are mounted on the approximately peripheral edge of an end face at a side opposite to the shaft member of the body 1, and a chamfering cutter 3 is mounted on the extension of the central axis of the shaft member that is flush with the flat cutters.
