An easy-to-handle manual milker capable of being easily disassembled for washing and not erroneously disassembled in use, comprising a milker body (21) having a generally conical milking part (22) allowed to abut on the breast of a user and allowed to communicate with a bottle (41) and a lever (30) formed in a shape longer in one direction, having an area near an intermediate part detachably pivoted to the milker body through a shaft, and supported rotatably in forward and backward directions about the pivoted position, wherein the lever (30) performs the relative reciprocating motion of a piston (23) to form a negative pressure so as to suck mother's milk from the milking part (22) allowed to communicate with an internal space (S1) and fall the milk into the bottle.
