STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING BOBBIN OF OPTICAL PICKUP ACTUATOR

PURPOSE: A structure for supporting a bobbin of an optical pickup actuator is provided to apply no external shock to a wire spring supporting the bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A yoke plate(30) is installed to one side of a holder(40). The bobbin(50) is installed to an upper part of the yoke plate and is equipped with an objective lens(52) collecting light output from a light source to a signal recording surface of a disc. The wire spring(45) supports the bobbin by fixing one end of the wire spring to the holder and fixing other end to the bobbin with a damping material installed to the bobbin. The damping material fills a fixing chamber formed to the inside of a fixing projection(53) by installing to both ends of the bobbin.
