DESIGN ASSISTING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PURPOSE: To accurately estimate the strength of a resin molded product using a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: In a flow analyzing part 13, the elastic modulus and strain component at the time of thermosetting of the thermosetting resin are calculated at every first three-dimensional solid element used in three-dimensional flow analysis. In a residual strain(stress) estimation part 14, the corresponding relation of the second three dimensional solid element used in three-dimensional strength analysis and the first three-dimensional solid element and elastic modulus and strain component calculated at every first three-dimensional solid element by the flow analyzing part 13 are used to set the elastic modulus and the strain component to calculate the residual strain after heat shrinkage of the second three-dimensional solid element. In a strength analyzing part 15, residual strain(stress) calculated by the residual strain(stress) estmation part 14 is set to the second three-dimensional solid element to analyze the strength of the resin molded product.
