The additional equipment is for completion and modification of a wheelchair (2) and comprises float bodies (3,4) for connection to the sides of the wheelchair with the aid of a docking device containing holders (5-8) on each side of a frame in the wheelchair. Fixtures (9-12) on each float body can be locked to the holders.
