PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet and to prevent a difference of inductance as a reluctance motor from easily dropping due to magnetic saturation. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet rotor 1 comprising a permanent magnet 11, and a reluctance rotor 2 which comprises no permanent magnet and generates reluctance torque by difference of reluctance between d-axis and q-axis, are axially mixed with a non-magnetic layer 3 interposed between them.
