PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue linear amplification by keeping isolation between transmitting signals and preventing diffusion of adaptive predistortion processing even when one of high output amplifiers comprising a multi-port amplifier is failed in an adaptive predistortion type multi-port amplifier and a transmitting apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: On the output side of a multi-port amplifier 200 wherein the transmitting signals outputted from predistortion processing parts 100 and 200 for compensating nonlinear distortion of an amplifier to minimum an error by comparing the transmitting signals and amplified feedback signals are distributed to a plurality of high output amplifiers 7<SB>1</SB>, 7<SB>2</SB>, 7<SB>3</SB>and 7<SB>4</SB>by a hybrid distributor 6, output signals of the plurality of high output amplifiers are composed by a hybrid combiner 8 and demultiplexed into the individual transmitting signals, a changeover switch 9 and hybrid combiners 10 and 11 are provided, such that even when one high output amplifier is failed, the isolation between the transmitting signals is kept.
