PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion equipment for improving manufacturing property and maintenability while performing stable combustion. SOLUTION: This combustion equipment 2 is constituted in such a way that a combustion cylinder 11 is arranged inside a burner case 10, it is partitioned into a first air chamber 35 on an upstream part side and a second air chamber 36 on a downstream part side of the combustion cylinder 11 by a partition plate 30, which is provided with an opening 30a passing through an upstream part of the combustion cylinder 11, and an abutting member 18 protruding outward in the radial direction and having elasticity is provided on an outer peripheral wall of the combustion cylinder 11 in close proximity to the opening 30a. The upstream part of the combustion cylinder 11 is inserted into the first air chamber 35 through the opening 30a in the partition plate 30 from the downstream side of the burner case 10. An end part on the upstream side of the combustion cylinder 11 is abutted on a top plate 31 of the burner case 10 and is fixed. The abutting member 18 provided in the combustion cylinder 11 adheres closely to a peripheral fringe on the downstream side of the opening 30a in the partition plate 30 by elastic force.
