PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a differential amplification circuit capable of obtaining high output voltage amplitude without making the size of a circuit element large and without lowering high-speed performance and a wideband characteristics. SOLUTION: Cascade connection points (A1 and B1) of a first differential amplifier are connected to an input terminal of a second differential amplifier. An output terminal (collector side of transistor 6a) of one side in the first differential amplifier is connected to an output terminal (collector side of transistor 8b) of the second differential amplifier, which is connected to the other side of the first differential amplifier. An output terminal (collector side of transistor 6b) of the other side of the first differential amplifier is connected to an output terminal (collector side of transistor 8a) of the second differential amplifier of a side connected to one side of the first differential amplifier.
