PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic storage device using a write-driver circuit in which impedance matching is realized by a simple circuit, circuit scale is miniaturized, power consumption is reduced, and which is able to correspond to high transfer rate. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of four current sources CS1∼CS4 arranged respectively in four sides of a H bridge, a magnetic head 14 provided in a bridge of the H bridge, capacitors C1, C2 connected between the bridge of the H bridge and the connection point P, N of the side and ground, and a series circuit of terminal resistors R1, R2.
