PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, method, program for expanding electronic document information including location information on related data, and a recording medium storing the program. SOLUTION: The location information on the data included in an input electronic mail document is extracted from the electronic mail document. External data which can be added to the electronic mail document is acquired based on the extracted location information.
