PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form micropores of minute size which can not be bored even by using a drill, discharge or a laser in a sintered product. SOLUTION: In the method of forming micropores for a sintered product, micropores 2 with a size which can not formed by post treatment are formed to a sintered product 1 obtained by subjecting raw material powder 5 to compacting treatment n2 by a die 3, and thereafter performing sintering treatment n3 and n5. In this case, a narrow pin 4 obtained by working a cemented carbide is retained to a pore forming position of the die 3, and the compacting treatment n2 is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
