PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating drill driver surely performing the drilling work without unexpectedly operating a clutch during the work in a drilling mode. SOLUTION: In this vibrating drill driver comprising a spindle 2 rotated and driven by a motor 9, a clutch means mounted between the motor 9 and the spindle 2 for switching the operating torque in multiple stages including infinity in interlocking with the rotation of a switch handle 29, and a vibration generating means having a cam structure giving the axial vibration by the slip-engagement to the spindle 2, in interlocking with the fitting of a tip 24a of a switching plate 24 into a recessed part 30b formed on a switch ring 30 rotated integrally with the switch handle 29 in a state that the switch handle 29 is rotated by a predetermined amount, a clutch mode, a vibration mode and a drilling mode are successively switched accompanying the rotation in one direction of the switch handle 29.
