PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent handles of umbrellas put in advance from being wetted by droplets dropped from a ferrule of the umbrella, when the umbrella is put in an umbrella rack device. SOLUTION: Supports 2, 2 are erected at left and right both end parts at a depth side, of a water catch part 1. Both end parts of a holding member horizontally mounted in a state that its longitudinal direction is directed to the lateral direction, are fixed between upper end parts of the supports 2, 2. Basic end parts of supporting members horizontally mounted in a state that their longitudinal direction is directed to the cross direction are respectively fixed to both end parts of the holding member 4 and trisected parts of a length of the holding member 4. A front end face part 6 defined by tip parts of the left and right adjacent supporting members 5, 5 and a front end part of the water catch part 1, is opened. Whereby the umbrella can be inserted between the supporting members 5, 5 from the front end face part 6.
