PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of a box capable of easily assembling the box while securing seal between plate materials. SOLUTION: In the assembling structure of the box, a joint member A is arranged between two plate materials 1 and 2 arranged orthogonally, an engaging groove 8 surrounded with a first elastically contact seal piece 5, a vertical piece 3, and a locking piece 7 of the joint member A is engaged with an end of one plate material 1, the inner surface of the other plate material 2 is made to abut on the end surface of the plate material 1 via the vertical piece 3 to fasten the plate material 1 and the plate material 2, the seal piece 5 is elastically contacted with the inner surface of the plate material 1, and a second elastically contact seal piece 6 is elastically contacted with the inner surface of the plate material 2. The engaging groove 8 is engaged with the end of the plate material 1 while a clearance S is formed between the seal piece 5 and the inner surface of the plate material 1. The seal piece 5 is elastically contacted with the inner surface of the plate material 1 while a projection 9 projected from the base of the seal piece 6 to the outer surface side is made to abut on the inner surface of the plate material 2.
