PURPOSE: An information processing device and method, a storage medium, and a program are provided to allow information to be communicated intuitively and readily by using a display device. CONSTITUTION: White and black patterns of a symbol(13) representing data about an image(12A) are switched in every scan of a single frame in a display part(11), and are continuously displayed only in duration showing the whole of the data of the image. In an information processing terminal(21), the data about the image are acquired on the basis of the symbol read by a reader/writer(24). Contrarily, when the data are transferred from the information processing terminal to a display device(1), a symbol representing the transferred data is output from the reader/writer to be read by a reading area formed in a predetermined position in the display part. In the display part, the data are acquired on the basis of the read symbol. |
