Device for detecting radiation signals comprises a first detector (5a), a second detector (5b), a first filter (11a) and a second filter (11b). The detectors are formed on a first chip (1) and the filters on a second chip (2). The chips are connected together in a hermetically sealed manner, especially using wafer bonding. An Independent claim is also included for a device for measuring the concentration of a material in the radiation path of a radiation source, containing the detecting device.
