PURPOSE: An integrated-type pedal of a vehicle is provided to improve the convenience in pedal operation, reduce driver's fatigue, and improve safety by selectively operating a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal without taking off driver's foot. CONSTITUTION: An integrated-type pedal of a vehicle comprises a brake pedal(51) and an accelerator pedal(52) operating a brake system through a push rod connected to the lower end part or changing the opening degree of a throttle valve; a pedal plate(50) having lever action around a support(60) installed to the middle part; and a footboard(55) moving along a rail groove(53) formed on the pedal plate. The brake pedal and the accelerator are each connected to the ends of the pedal plate. The footboard is overlapped with the brake pedal or the accelerator pedal for braking action and acceleration action.
