<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread package having ingredients capable of preventing the ingredients from being deteriorated while moisture of the ingredients permeates just before taking the bread having ingredients such as frozen hamburger or the like when it is heated in the microwave oven, and further enabling a person to take the bread having ingredients in a more delicious state. <P>SOLUTION: A bread 14 having ingredients such as frozen hockey puck or the like in which the ingredients 20 and the bread 22 are spaced apart by a separate member 24 is stored in an external packaging member 18 having perforations 12 capable of being separated into two segments. Ends of the separate member are fixed with flanges 26, 28 of the external packaging member to make a bread package 10 with ingredients.
