<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit reading or trial hearing of contents data with only an information terminal positioned within the specified area. <P>SOLUTION: A user positioned within facilities 1 such as a store, a library, or a school stores contents data 30 downloaded from a server 10 in an own information terminal 20. A certifying part 33 of the contents data 30 periodically performs authentification between the server 10 and itself.
