PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to miniaturize a conventional digital camera since a charge coupling device and an electronic circuit are respectively packaged therein. SOLUTION: A CCD 16 and the electronic circuit are packaged on the same wiring board 15 in a state of a semiconductor chip 17, the semiconductor chip 17 is packaged by micro bump bonding, the backside of the semiconductor chip is polished to reduce thickness, or a hologram lens or the like is used.
