PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set totalling rules taking it into consideration that there are various kinds of totalling rules in the totalling calculation of kept scores in mah-jongg. SOLUTION: In order to set the totalling rules in the totalling calculation of the kept scores in mah-jongg, by using an input means for an automatic score bar counting apparatus and a card for setting the totalling rules, the card is converted to the scores of score bars and measured by the input means to obtain the corresponding totalling rules from obtained score value to be reflected to totalling rules in the case of adjusting operation when a game is finished.
