PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate post-treatment for fecal matter making a person sick, by quickly separating simultaneously excreted feces and urine into solid matter and liquid by a paper filter and a filter. SOLUTION: A paper filter 1 is used to isolate feces from the inner wall of the filter so that the excreted feces and urine are not stuck to the inner wall of a toilet. In order to quickly separate the solid matter from the liquid matter, the filter 3 is provided with large bores 5 and embossed parts 6. The embossed part makes the paper filter and the filter to float and closely adhere to each other, whereby water permeability of the paper filter is heightened and the liquid matter can be quickly stored in a catch tray by the large bores of the filter. By the separation, the solid matter is increased in drying property, so that emission of malodor can be prevented by drying and hardening of the solid matter surface. The liquid matter is stored in the catch tray having high sealing ability and minimizing the area of the liquid matter, whereby the speed of emitting malodor can be decreased and emission of malodor is inhibited.
