PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of satisfaction to a FAQ searching service by directly utilizing evaluation obtained by other users for solving problems on users earlier. SOLUTION: An evaluation value for an answer text to a FAQ selected by a user from a question text list 203 of FAQs is accumulated in a database in coordination with a searching text first input to obtain the answer text together with the FAQ-ID thereof. When the user's evaluation value for the answer text is low (valuable for reference or not valuable for solution), the searching text corresponding to another FAQ which has a low evaluation value for the answer text to the same FAQ and which another user highly evaluates (solves) is extracted from the database and presented to the user as a combined list 206. The searching text of another user who highly evaluates the answer text to the FAQ having a low user's evaluation value is extracted from the database and presented to the user as a list 207 of the searching text.
