PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping connection structure for preventing an O-ring 3 from being damaged by a locking recessed part 24 when a tip part of a refrigerant pipe 1 is inserted in a piping insertion hole 12 of a connection block body 2, and suppressing degradation of the sealability of a space between an outer circumference of the refrigerant pipe 1 and an inner circumference of the pipe insertion hole 12 of the connection block body 2. SOLUTION: The O-ring 3 is fitted to an O-ring groove formed in a tip side of a projecting part 5 of the refrigerant pipe 1. The difference between the outside diameter of the O-ring 3 and the outside diameter of the projecting part 5 of the refrigerant pipe 1 can be increased. The O-ring 3 fitted to the O-ring groove 6 can be prevented from being damaged by the locking recessed part 24 when the tip side of the projecting part 5 of the refrigerant pipe 1 is inserted in the pipe insertion hole 12 of the connection block body 2. Degradation of the sealing performance of the space between the outer circumference of the refrigerant pipe 1 and the inner circumference of the pipe insertion hole 12 of the connection block body 2 can be suppressed thereby.
