PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor with excellent reliability, which prevents reduction in a conductivity due to oxidation of a conductive polymer. SOLUTION: This structure has a metal plated layer in a cathode of the solid electrolytic capacitor.
