PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter which suppresses an increase in cost and an increase in size of a circuit scale and which can prevent an operation from being stopped due to a power supply voltage drop in a control circuit of the converter. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter includes a DC-DC converter circuit 11 for converting a DC input voltage of a DC power supply 18 into a predetermined DC input voltage, a DC-DC converter control circuit 12 for controlling a voltage converting operation of the converter circuit 11, an internal power supply circuit 13 for the control circuit 12, and a power supply circuit 41 for supplying a power from the converter circuit 11 to the control circuit 12 when the voltage applied from the power supply circuit 13 to the control circuit 12 is lowered to a predetermined value or lower.
