PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network facsimile apparatus capable of automatically canceling a received electronic mail when there is received an electronic mail which is not desired to be received. SOLUTION: There are provided transmission destination mail address storage means (address book) including an IP network connection function for registering a mail address of a transmission destination; registering decision means for determining whether or not an originating mail address of a received electronic mail is registered in the transmission destination mail address storage means; and electronic mail canceling means for holding the received electronic mail when it is determined that the originating mail address of the received electronic mail is registered in the transmission destination mail address storage means, and for canceling the received electronic mail when it is decided that the originating mail address of the received electronic mail is not registered in the transmission destination mail address storage means.
