PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element that is equipped with external electrodes and internal electrodes, which are hardly disconnected from each other, and superior in durability even when it is made to operate continuously in a high electric field under a high pressure for a long time, and to provide a spray device. SOLUTION: The laminated piezoelectric element is equipped with a columnar laminate 1a composed of a piezoelectric materials 1 and the internal electrodes 2 which are alternately laminated and the external electrodes 4 which are provided on the sides of the columnar laminate 1a. A projecting conductive terminals 5 projecting from the side of the columnar laminate 1a is provided to every other end of the internal electrodes 2, the ends of the internal electrodes 2 are exposed on the side of the columnar laminate 1a between the projecting conductive terminals 5, a U-shaped groove 11 filled up with a resin insulator 3 is formed on the side of the columnar laminate 1a, and the projecting conductive terminals 5 are embedded in the external electrode 4 formed by applying conductive paste on the side of the columnar laminate 1a.
