PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress connection defects caused by deviation after thermocompression by mutually matching the terminal positions even when terminal blocks 11, 21 and 12, 13, 22 and 23 of different pitches are used in a flexible board. SOLUTION: A flexible board 1 is provided with the plurality of terminal blocks 11, 21 and 12, 13, 22 and 23 each composed of a plurality of electrode terminals and for the kinds of terminal pitches of the plurality of terminal blocks, at least two kinds are present. Then, an extension correction quantity after thermocompression is set for each terminal block in accordance with the terminal pitch. Thus, in all the terminal blocks, an electrode terminal of the flexible board 1 and an electrode terminal of an LCD are connected without deviation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
