PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw and a driver for facilitating these works for being extremely difficult in a tool such as an ordinary driver and a box wrench in work for carrying screw part to a required fastening position of an elevated spot and a narrow place and extracting a screw insensible part while rotating in the loosening direction in fastening and loosening work of the screw part having a driving shaft (such as a hexagonal head) and a driving hole (such as a cross-shaped hole and a hexagonal hole). SOLUTION: This screw part has a groove part or a recessed part becoming a clue for securing the screw part on an inner wall of the driving hole, an outer wall of the driving shaft, the head part outer periphery of a headed male screw part having a driving hole, or an inner wall of a hole existing outside so as to surround the driving hole of the male screw part. The driver has a projecting part becoming a clue for securing the screw part by fitting to the groove part or the recessed part of this screw part, and divides the tip into a plurality or more, and has the springy tip in the direction for being brought into close contact with a driving hole part or a driving shaft part.
