PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by facilitating an assembling work. SOLUTION: A pair of struts is laid between an upper surface of an actuator body 30 storing a hydraulic actuator to displace trunnions 20, 20 and a lower surface of a connection plate 48. A toroidal type continuously variable transmission unit 33 and first and second planetary gear type speed change units 34, 35 are provided on the upper surface of the actuator body 30 utilizing both these struts. The thus constituted module 77 is assembled before it is assembled into a casing and is assembled into this casing after confirmation of action is carried out.
