PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized electric pump device with high reliability and excellent productivity, providing interchangeability of a pipe with a conventional pump device and eliminating a welding part. SOLUTION: A suction flange 51 is mounted to a suction coupling 5 installed on an upper part of a pressure tank 1 at an attitude that a longitudinal axis of an oval seat 511 is directed to a vertical direction.
