PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin Tatami mat having strength and workability. SOLUTION: The thin Tatami mat is constituted such that a cushion sheet is provided at least on the front side of a fiber board of 5 to 15mm in thickness and that the Tatami surface is fixed thereon, and the density of the fiber board is 0.35 to 0.6g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
