PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-lock control device capable of controlling locking and unlocking of an electric lock in response to use forms. SOLUTION: An unlocked state of the electric lock is detected by a lock-state detecting section 12 in the case of an unlocking mode corresponding to a business time zone or the like in a shop, a control means 16 starts a timer for a timing section 22 when a detecting result is input to the control means 16 and the control means 16 outputs an unlocking signal from a locking-unlocking control section 18 to the electric lock 44 when a fixed time passes. A mode setting signal from a mode setter is received by the control means 16 through a LAN interface 26 in the case of the intermediate section of an operation in the shop, and an operation mode is set. Accordingly, the unlocking signal is not output from the control section 18 to the electric lock 44 during the operation, and the electric lock can be held as it is left as it is under the locked state.
