PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacing method of bolt by preventing corotation of a nut when the nut and bolt are corotated in replacing only the bolt embedded in a concrete slab with the nut leaving there. SOLUTION: This replacing method for the bolt embedded in the concrete slab is so formed that the head of the bolt is cut off, pin holes penetrating through a connecting plate, a steel girder, and a washer and reaching the nut are bored, and detent pins are inserted in the pin holes to prevent the rotation of the nut. A pre-drilled hole is bored in the shaft part of the bolt with its head part cut off in the shaft direction, a fracture bolt removal device is driven in the pre-drilled hole, the fracture bolt removal device is rotated reversely to the screw direction of the bolt, and the bolt is pulled out with the nut leaving there and replaced with a new bolt.
