PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching door of a vehicular air conditioner, capable of absorbing dispersion at the time of assembling the door and a case side without impairing sealing performance, and intercepting a ventilating passage without clearance. SOLUTION: The switching door 27 is a cantilever type door, and composed of a door main body portion made from of a door shaft portion 271, a door base plate portion 272, and a door window frame portion 273, and a seal member 274. The seal member 274 is provided so as to cover one side and a generally entire peripheral surface of the door main body portion, and a space g is formed in the seal member 274. In operation, window pressure of air in the device is introduced from an opening 273a of the door window frame portion 273, and the seal member 274 expands and abuts on a seal surface 26a of an outside air introducing port 26 peripheral edge to intercept the outside air.
