PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame, coping with panels different in thickness for for photos and posters and fixed simply. SOLUTION: This frame is stuck to a sheet material forming a frame base material, and punched and scored. The frame is fitted to panel to wind around it. In the case where the frame base material is soft, scoring working is not needed. Since the frame is fitted to the panel to wind round it, the frame can cope with panels different in thickness, and the frame is shaped not only linear but also designed to be curved or corrugated.
