PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can prevent an unfair act from getting prize balls by intentionally actuating a prize winning device by placing a wire rod such as a piano wire etc. on a game board. SOLUTION: An inner frame body 4 of this pinball game machine 1 is openably set on one side of an outer frame 2 by upper and lower hinge mechanisms 3a, 3b. A transparent plate retaining frame 5 is connected to the front face of the inner frame body 4 by a pair of upper and lower multi-shaft hinges 31. The upper hinge mechanism 3a comprises an upper fixed metal fitting 21 provided with a projected piece 21a attached to an upper corner part in the outside of the outer frame 2 and projected forward from the upper face end part of the outer frame 2, and an upper movable metal fitting 22 attached on an upper part in one side of the inner frame 4 and axially attached to the projected piece 21a. A downward projected swollen-out plate part 29 is set on the lower face of the projected piece 21a. A cut-off dent part 30b engaged with a projected bar part 30a on the upper end face of the transparent plate retaining frame 5 when the transparent plate retaining frame 5 is closed and locked is set on the rear end face of the swollen-out plate part 29.
