The invention relates to an additive that is used in the production of pervious ecological concrete having a high resistance to compression, bending and abrasion. Said additive allows water to filtrate towards the subsoil and can be mixed with any type of cement, water and any hard aggregate in order to produce a high-resistance concrete with long durability made from dispersing agents, bonding agents, wetting agents, hydroxypropylethyl cellulose or hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, silico-aluminates and, optionally, water, surfactants, bactericidal agents and antifoaming agents.
