<p>A semiconductor processing device includes a first non-volatile memory (21) in which stored information is erased in first data length unit, a second non-volatile memory (22) in which stored information is erased in second data length unit, and a central processing unit (2). The semiconductor processing device can input/output encrypted data from/to outside. The first non-volatile memory is used to store an encryption key used for encrypting data. The second non-volatile memory is used to store a program to be executed by the central processing unit. Since different non-volatile memories are used to store the program and the encryption key and the data length of stored information erase units are separately defined for the respective non-volatile memories, it is possible to improve erase efficiency of the stored information before writing the program, and upon write of the encryption key used in the CPU calculation processing, it is possible to erase stored information in accordance with the data length of the necessary processing unit.</p> |
