PURPOSE: A device of assembling sleeve for spinal fixing system is provided to easily assemble sleeves to each head of pedicle screws, respectively, so that a user does no longer have to use a pincette to assemble sleeves one by one during a surgery. CONSTITUTION: The device of assembling sleeve for spinal fixing system includes pedicle screws(32) formed of a fork shaped head(33) on the top, respectively; sleeves(31) for preventing the head from loosening after the head is combined with a locking screw; a handle; a case(17) inserted into an interior space of the handle; a sleeve mounting unit(20) inserted into the case(17) and translates back and forth by a motion guide, the sleeve mounting unit(20) having a holder for supporting the sleeves(31); and an elastic deflector built in the handle to elastically support the top end of the sleeve mounting unit(20).
