PURPOSE: A dust collecting unit for a vacuum cleaner is provided to be capable of keeping a cleaner body perpendicular even if the dust collecting unit is installed at the rear of the cleaner body by rotatably installing a handle at the dust collecting unit. CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum cleaner including a dust collecting unit(100) detachably coupled to a cleaner body, support units(122,124) are formed at the rear of the dust collecting unit. A handle(200) has connection units(222,224) rotatably connected to the support units. A fixing protrusion(140) is formed at the top of one support units. A fixing groove(150) is formed at the bottom of one connection unit. The fixing protrusion is elastically inserted into the fixing groove.
