PURPOSE: Provided are a circular automobile-detection equipment and a process for laying the equipment under a road in order to improve workability to form a loop for detecting the automobiles by using a specified circular cutter device independent on the automobiles. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of marking(S100) a center point and a location to be cut at a particular position to lay wires on the road; moving(S200) a circular cutter to the location; fixing(S300) a central axis of the cutter matching with the center point; forming(S400) a loop by driving the cutter to cut the surface of the road in circular and straight lines; removing(S500) impurities contained inside the loop; inserting and mounting(S600) the detection wires into respective loops; and filling(S700) sealant into the loop to complete the finishing process.
