<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment drug and a health food capable of completely curing anaphylaxis by short period taking without side effects, and a method forproducing the drug and the health food. <P>SOLUTION: The anaphylaxis treatment drug and the health food are obtained by mixing shoots of Pinaceae plants, water and sugar, and naturally fermenting the mixture. As the Pinaceae plant, genus Pinus is preferably used.
