<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer guidance and a customer distribution system, and a customer guidance and a customer distribution method capable of providing information according to the state of shops to customers to create the flow of persons so as to increase the turnover rate of an entire department by allowing a management/control server not only to provide the customers with information but also to recognize the information on all shops present in the department. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 11, a base station 21, and a base station N1 are connected to the management/control server 102 through an exchange or a base station control server 101. A user terminal 12 and an input device in an area 1 are wirelessly connected to the base station 11, a user terminal 22 and an input device 20 in an area 2 are wirelessly connected to the base station 21, and a user terminal N2 and an input terminal N0 in an area N are wirelessly connected to the base station N1. The management/control server uses exclusive notification channels to register users, distribute the registration of positions, and accumulates the states of the areas (shops) and the positions of the terminals in the management/control server.
