<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a carbonic acid-based effervescent beverage, capable of obtaining fine textured foam on drinking, improved in foam durability and excellent in eat feeling and taste. <P>SOLUTION: This carbonic acid-based effervescent beverage contains 0.05-3 mass % octenyl succinic acid starch, preferably by 0.1-1.0 mass %. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
