ALKALI DEVELOPING TYPE PHOTOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali developing type photosetting resin composition having sufficient flexibility which is adaptable for a flexible printed wiring board.

SOLUTION: The alkali developing type photosetting resin composition contains: (A) a vinyl copolymer which is soluble with a diluted alkali aqueous solution and is prepared by copolymerizing (a-1) at least one kind of acid group-containing monomer having a reactive double bond and (a-2) at least one kind of monomer having a reactive double bond except for the component (a-1); (B) an oligomer soluble with a diluted alkali aqueous solution and having an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group and a carboxyl group in one molecule; (C) a monomer or an oligomer having an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group in one molecule except for the component (B); (D) a photopolymerization initiator; and (E) a diluent.
