INVIGORATING ALARM CLOCK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invigorating alarm clock system for surely and invigoratingly get up a user by sending a get-up signal at a timing when the user can get up most invigoratively.

SOLUTION: The number of heartbeats and heartbeat waveform are measured by a biological information acquiring instrument 2 and longitudinal data of R-R interval data (cardiac contraction interval) in the heatbeat waveform is analyzed and processed by a non-linear analysis arithmetic processing unit 3 to obtain chaos indices such as a Lyapunov index, a correlational dimension. Wakefulness state and fatigue state in the sleep of the user 1 are estimated from these values to estimate sleeping state. On the basis of the sleeping state, the timing when the user can get up most invigoratively is determined, and a get-up signal output device 7 outputs a get-up signal to the user.
