<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively prevent forgery using a color copying machine. <P>SOLUTION: An authenticity discriminating column 6, comprising a discriminating layer 6-1 printed in a metal paste ink mixed with metal powder and a concealing layer 6-2 printed in a printing ink same in color and feeling as the metal paste ink on the peripheral edge of the discriminating layer 6-1 or over the whole area thereof, is provided on the sheet 1 of a form.
